This membership program is offered from January 1st till December 31st of the current year. Specter does not pro-rate the membership fee due to the time of purchase. A rule of thumb is if you are planning to purchase over $400.00 between the time of purchase of the club membership and the end of the year, you will be dollars ahead with the membership.
