The swing out arm mounts on the stock bumper, and is supported on large sealed bearings. The latch mechanism is adjustable so your Tire Caddy will stay rattle free for years. The swing out arm has a gas strut that will hold the Caddy in the open position for easy access to the rear of the vehicle.
