Do you have lifted suspension on your 80 Series? Do you have adjustable Panhard Rods? Did you know when you put lifted suspension on the 80 Series, the OEM Panhard Rods are not long enough? With lifted springs the original OEM front axle Panhard Rod pulls the front axle to the driver side of the chassis. The rear Panhard Rod will pull the rear axle toward the passenger side of the chassis. This will not allow the vehicle to track straight down the road. This problem can be eliminated with Adjustable Panhard Rods. The Adjustable Panhard Rods can be adjusted so the the axles are in the correct location. |
